Overview Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service & Project Coordinator, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client experiences while seamlessly managing construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine outstanding customer service skills with technical expertise in construction management, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will drive project success and foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams alike. Overview Z Blinds Company has been serving California since 1992 and is one of the Central Valley's leading providers of custom window coverings, shutters, motorized shades, awnings, retractable screens, and commercial shading systems. We are seeking an organized, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating projects, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and emails Schedule consultations, measurements, installations, and service appointments Coordinate with customers, builders, contractors, designers, and installers Process orders and maintain accurate customer records Assist with warranty and service requests Follow up on proposals, appointments, and customer inquiries Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding order status Support the sales and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience Maintain organization and attention to detail throughout each project Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional phone and email etiquette Positive attitude and strong work ethic Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Customer service Scheduling and dispatching Construction, home improvement, or building products Window coverings, interior design, or related industries Project coordination Compensation & Benefits $22-$25 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience) Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid holidays Paid vacation Stable, year-round employment Opportunities for growth and advancement Compensation is based on experience, skills, work history, and ability to perform the responsibilities of the position.
