PrideStaff is working with a large well-known medical equipment supplier who is searching for a Customer Care Coordinator to temporarily join their team. The Customer Care Coordinator will provide excellent customer service while taking a high-volume of inbound calls and process customer orders for medical equipment. The ideal Customer Care Coordinator has call center experience and excellent follow-up and customer service skills. The Customer Care Coordinator is a full-time, temporary position in Glendale, CA.
Customer Care Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete The Intake Order Forms as You Process Customers' Orders For Medical Equipment Via Fax, Email, or Chat Platforms From Referral Sources & Customers Create & Schedule Orders Accurately Based on Established Quality Assurance Standards, Ensuring Data is Entered Accurately & Promptly Document Patients' Accounts with Proper Notes & Updates Verify Insurance Eligibility & Coverage Informing Patients of Applicable Copays, Financial Obligations, & Purchase vs. Rental Options Utilize Technology Initiatives & Platforms Including (But Not Limited to) HIPAA-Compliant Text, Chat Features, & Other Communication Avenues Authorized by The Company Maintain a Working Knowledge of Current Products & Services Offered as Well as Applicable Insurance Guidelines Regarding Eligibility for Coverage & Adhere to These Guidelines Including
HIPAA & OSHA
Work With Patients, Insurance Companies, Payors, & Physicians to Ensure all Documentation is Received & Processed Follow All Policies & Procedures of The Company & The Processes Set Forth by Customer Care Leadership Team Follow-Up on All Tasks Promptly Participate in Mandatory On-Call & Call-Back Program to Respond to
Emergencies Customer Care Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 1+ Years of Call Center Experience in Healthcare or Medical Equipment Preferred Bilingual Spanish is Highly Desirable Must Have Excellent Computer Skills With The Ability to Type 40 WPM, Use Multiple Displays & Use Email & Communication Platforms Demonstrates Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills Must Have Attention to Detail & The Ability to Multi-Task Must Have a
