Paying $22hr to start: Located in Irvine and starting on June 16th for a training class: Key Responsibilities The following are the essential duties and responsibilities of a National Accounts Representative. Other duties may be assigned.  Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and affiliates.  Communicate effectively via phone and email to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.  Act as a trusted liaison between customers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.  Oversee and manage the dispatch process for various service calls, prioritizing timely and effective resource allocation to meet customer needs.  Request and submit proposals for additional repairs/services and to correct deficiencies.  Follow up on completed inspections with affiliates to make sure the reports, paperwork, and invoices are sent to National Accounts in a timely manner.  Review the Call Analysis report from your account manager and provide status on work orders.  Review exception management queue and mark‐up queue daily.  Review all paperwork for completeness and accuracy including the NTE (Not to Exceed) amounts on customer POs (purchase orders) prior to mark‐ups.
