A well-known lifestyle and apparel company based in Oceanside is hiring a Customer Success Coordinator to support customer experience, order management, and brand communication initiatives. Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and online platformsAssist with order tracking, product questions, and account supportCoordinate with warehouse and operations teams regarding shipping updatesHelp maintain CRM notes and customer communication recordsSupport social media customer interactions and online reviewsAssist with administrative projects and customer experience initiatives
