Role Overview You'll be the friendly, professional voice clients first meet — the one who makes them feel heard, valued, and confident they came to the right place. From the first phone call to the final follow-up, you'll guide clients through their journey with us, making sure no detail slips through the cracks. Think of it as part sales, part customer happiness, and 100% growth potential. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries with warmth and professionalism Build trust with new clients and guide them toward the right services Schedule solutions, coordinate with your team, and keep projects running smoothly Connect with purpose — always timely and thoughtful Keep records organized so nothing slips through the cracks Spread happiness, share knowledge, and celebrate the solutions you helped create What We're Looking For ~2 years experience min. An excellent communicator who listens well and connects easily Strong organizational skills — you thrive on meeting deadlines and walking clients through a smooth experience Comfortable with technology (bonus if you're tech-savvy) Extra credit: bilingual in Spanish or experience in the green industry
