As a Store Supervisor at SKIMS, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading our team towards achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service, and ensure the team is motivated to do the same.
• Supervise the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a culture of growth, inclusivity, and enthusiasm.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety measures.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in the planning and execution of merchandise strategies.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
• Maintain the store's visual standards in line with brand guidelines, ensuring a clean, organized, and attractive shopping environment. Requirements
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail, preferably in fashion or related sector.
• Proven track record of sales achievement and driving team performance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies.

What is expected of you : Have a minimum of 40 hours of availability per week that supports the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays as well as overtime where applicable.
