This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative and client service professional who enjoys supporting Financial Advisors, Client Relationship Managers, and clients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Jr. Relationship Mgr./Admin Support role plays an important part in keeping client service workflows accurate, organized, compliant, and on schedule. This is a great opportunity for someone who values professionalism, collaboration, and high-touch client service while gaining exposure to wealth management, financial planning, account servicing, and operational support. This environment is well suited for candidates who appreciate supportive leadership, positive teamwork, clear expectations, and the opportunity to contribute directly to client satisfaction and office efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare, process, organize, and maintain client paperwork, account documents, service forms, and compliance-related records. Assist with account opening, account maintenance, transfers, beneficiary updates, address changes, and other client service requests. Track outstanding paperwork, follow up on pending items, and help ensure tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines. Maintain accurate client information across multiple systems while supporting scanning, filing, electronic document management, and recordkeeping. Coordinate calendars, schedule and confirm client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and assist with client review packets. Serve as a secondary point of contact for client service inquiries and communicate professionally with clients, custodians, operations teams, and product partners.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation:
$60,000 to $66,560 per year.
