Job Description
TruVet Specialty & Emergency Hospital is a rapidly expanding specialty and emergency facility, dedicated to meeting the needs of our vibrant community. We're currently seeking a dedicated Client Service Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and help shape an outstanding client experience at our hospital.

We're looking for a confident, service-oriented leader who can supervise and mentor our Client Service Representatives (CSRs), optimize front-office operations, and foster excellent communication between front and technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching, process improvement, and ensuring every client receives a welcoming, efficient experience.What You'll Do:
Supervise and coach CSRs to maintain high standards of professionalism, customer service, and operational performance. Assess CSR performance, provide constructive feedback, and develop individualized training plans. Lead by example and promote a client-focused, service-oriented culture. Monitor the appointment schedule and adjust staffing to maintain efficient flow and appropriate labor costs (in collaboration with the Hospital Administrator). Coordinate specialty appointment intake and follow-up with the Specialty Coordinator to ensure timely scheduling and documentation. Handle client concerns and de-escalate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Solicit management feedback on CSR performance to identify trends and training opportunities.What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership and personnel management experience, including coaching and performance development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and doctors. Proven problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and capacity to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Empathy and professionalism when managing client concerns while maintaining focus on efficient operations. Familiarity with specialty/emergency hospital operations and medical terminology preferred. Proficiency with veterinary practice software (Instinct preferred) and standard office equipment. Veterinary customer service experience required . Why TruVet?
