Job Description

Legacy Innovations, a sales and development firm operating in Riverside, needs a Client Account Associate who can bring professional energy to our Verizon campaign every single day. The Client Account Associate will manage account details for our customers making the switch to Verizon 5G, and learn how honesty and friendly service create sales success. As a Client Account Associate, you'll train to communicate the value of Verizon 5G wireless by identifying customer needs and explaining its benefits. The Client Account Associate assists with account management, recommends solutions, and supports sales with clarity. You'll then drive sales by leveraging detailed account records to position Verizon 5G as the smart choice for fast, reliable wireless. Responsibilities of the Client Account Associate Assist with sales efforts centered around Verizon 5G wireless services, helping support account conversations and everyday sales interactions. Help manage account updates and customer information, ensuring Verizon 5G interactions are tracked and organized for effective sales follow-up. Support sales conversations by helping customers explore Verizon 5G data plans, phone options, and mobile solutions that fit their needs. Respond to general account-related questions while maintaining a helpful and professional Verizon 5G customer experience. Stay connected with interested customers to support Verizon 5G sales progress and maintain strong account relationships. Help drive consistent sales results by supporting account organization and positive Verizon 5G customer engagement. Qualifications of a Client Account Associate A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Passion for account management or sales is a plus; no prior experience required. Maintains a positive outlook, builds rapport, and keeps interactions smooth. Dependable in managing tasks and supporting steady team progress. Keeps records clear and follows up in a timely manner to maintain momentum in both service and sales.
