Fontana, CA (On-Site) A growing distribution company is seeking a hands-on Customer Service Manager to lead a team of Account Coordinators supporting customers throughout the Western U.S. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, partnering with Sales and Operations, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment. You'll oversee customer accounts, coach a seasoned team, and help ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Coordinators
Manage key customer accounts and escalated issues
Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams
Improve processes, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction
Monitor performance metrics, order accuracy, and service levels
Support employee training and development
Travel occasionally to regional locations as needed Qualifications
5+ years of customer service, account management, or operations leadership experience
Experience supporting sales teams and customer-facing operations
Background in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industries preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with ERP systems; Acumatica or Sage is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
