Job Description

A growing Inland Empire industrial company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead a hands-on customer support and account service team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in manufacturing, industrial distribution, aerospace, technical products, inside sales, or account management who enjoys leading people, solving customer issues, and working closely with sales and operations.
