Job Description

This is a high-impact, front-line role where you'll own the relationship between the customer and the business. You'll operate as the connector between sales, operations, and the client — making sure nothing slips, opportunities are captured, and customers stay loyal.
What You'll Drive Account Ownership:
Manage and grow assigned accounts with a focus on retention and expansion
Revenue Support:
Partner with Sales Engineers to move opportunities forward and close business
Speed & Execution:
Turn around quotes, orders, and requests quickly and accurately
Customer Experience:
Deliver a responsive, solutions-first experience that keeps clients coming back
Operational Alignment:
