Floor Supervisor

We're looking for a Floor Supervisor who leads by example, supports the team, and keeps every shift running clean, fast, and organized. This role is about making sure every customer experience is friendly, efficient, and consistent—while helping the team perform at their best. What You'll Do Lead the floor with a calm, hands-on, service-first approach Make sure every customer is greeted, helped, and taken care of the right way Keep service flowing smoothly during peak hours—fast, friendly, and consistent Support, guide, and jump in with staff whenever needed Train and coach team members so they can deliver strong customer service every shift Set the tone: positive energy, teamwork, and accountability Handle customer or staff concerns quickly and professionally Make sure the floor stays clean, organized, and ready at all times Ensure policies, compliance, and procedures are always followed Act as the bridge between the team and management What We're Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience required Strong customer service mindset with a focus on consistency and quality Natural ability to lead, coach, and support a team Calm under pressure in fast-paced environments Strong communication skills—clear, direct, and respectful Problem-solver who keeps things moving without disrupting service Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Cannabis or regulated retail experience is a plus, not required Compensation & Schedule Full-time position Pay based on experience The Environment Fast-paced, team-driven, and customer-first.
