Full Job Description Compensation:
$70,000-85,000 + commission & bonuses; OTE $90,000-100,000
Travel:
Local customer meetings plus occasional travel (approximately 1-2 trips per quarter) About Us Sigona's Office Deliveries and Fruit For Thought are family-owned businesses dedicated to bringing fresh fruit and wholesome snacks to workplaces across the country. Through Sigona's Office Deliveries, we deliver premium fresh fruit programs to offices throughout the Bay Area. Through Fruit For Thought, we provide dried fruit, nuts, trail mixes, and healthy snacks to Office Coffee Service providers, breakroom operators, and workplace foodservice distributors nationwide. We're looking for an Account Manager who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, helping customers grow their business, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. The Opportunity This role is ideal for someone who loves working with customers and enjoys finding ways to expand relationships over time. You'll manage a portfolio of wholesale customers while serving as their primary point of contact. You'll help customers succeed, identify growth opportunities, follow up on trade show and marketing-generated leads, and work closely with our operations team to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This is not a high-volume cold calling role. Instead, success comes from relationship building, consultative selling, strong follow-through, and becoming a trusted advisor to customers. What You'll Do Manage and grow relationships with existing wholesale customers Identify opportunities to increase sales within current accounts Follow up on trade show leads, inbound inquiries, referrals, and marketing-generated opportunities Re-engage former customers and help bring them back to Sigona's Conduct customer meetings by phone, video conference, and in person Coordinate product samples, pricing, promotions, and account setup Maintain accurate customer information and activity within HubSpot CRM Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution Attend trade shows, customer meetings, snack fairs, and industry events Become knowledgeable about fresh produce, healthy snacks, and workplace food programs What We're Looking For 3+ years of account management, customer success, sales, business development, or related experience Strong relationship-building and communication skills Excellent organization and follow-through Experience managing multiple priorities and customer conversations simultaneously Comfort using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
