This position supports transportation and freight operations, including customer communication, shipment coordination, load planning, and issue resolution. We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and helping ensure freight moves efficiently from pickup through delivery. Candidates with experience in transportation, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, customer service, order management, or quality assurance are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email Coordinate and monitor freight movement from pickup through delivery Maintain accurate load, order, and shipment information Proactively communicate shipment updates and resolve service issues Collaborate with sales, operations, carriers, and customers to ensure successful execution Track multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, transportation systems, and internal tools to support daily operations Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all customer and shipment records Required Qualifications Strong customer service, account support, sales support, or client-facing experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform in a deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in transportation, trucking, freight brokerage, dispatch, load planning, or logistics coordination Experience in fulfillment, order management, inventory coordination, or supply chain operations Quality Assurance (QA), process improvement, or compliance experience Experience working directly with customers, carriers, vendors, or internal stakeholders Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), ERP systems, or logistics software Bachelor's degree preferred What We Value Customer-first mindset Accountability and ownership Strong work ethic Team collaboration Continuous learning and improvement Positive attitude and professionalism Building long-term relationships Schedule Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts Overtime opportunities available
