Full Job Description Customer Service & Operations Coordinator Pay:
$23-$25/hr | Santa Clara, CA | In-Office | Full-Time, Non-Exempt Manage inbound/outbound customer calls and emails with timely, professional communication Create, enter, and manage orders accurately in CRM and related systems Schedule and confirm deliveries in coordination with dispatch and warehouse teams Monitor orders from creation through completion and ensure proper closeout in DispatchTrack Proactively follow up on open issues and prevent customer escalations Document all customer interactions, changes, and updates accurately Flag and resolve missing paperwork, photos, signatures, or data Assist with claims intake and documentation; escalate issues with complete information Maintain accurate records across CRM, DispatchTrack, and shared files Follow established workflows and identify process breakdowns or delays Communicate clearly with customers, drivers, warehouse, and management Work independently with strong ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail Success Factors High accuracy in order entry and scheduling Prompt, reliable responsiveness during work hours Strong time management and adherence to processes Professional, calm, and clear communication Requirements Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Order entry and scheduling experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with CRM systems, email, and shared documents Preferred Logistics, delivery, or service operations experience DispatchTrack or similar delivery routing platforms CRM-based order management systems Schedule & Work Conditions Monday-Friday, standard business hours (some flexibility) Punctuality and schedule adherence required Desk-based role with occasional walking in office/warehouse areas #
INDSJ Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
