Job Description

Position:
Client Care & Field Operations Coordinator (Alternative titles: Service Operations Coordinator, Customer Experience Manager, Field Support Manager) Reports to:
VP of Operations Pay:
$75,000 + uncapped bonus

In-person About Valor Technical Cleaning Valor Technical Cleaning LLC was founded by U.S. Army veterans in 2020 and specializes in trauma scene cleanup, biohazard remediation, and specialized cleaning services. Our work often begins on someone's hardest day. Because of that, empathy, professionalism, and communication matter just as much as operational ability. We are seeking someone who can build trust with families, support employees, stay calm under pressure, and ensure exceptional experiences during sensitive situations. Retail, hospitality, healthcare, customer service, and big-box management backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. Position Summary This role is responsible for coordinating field teams, communicating with clients, supporting technicians, and ensuring jobs are completed with compassion, professionalism, and urgency.
The ideal candidate is:
Calm during stressful situations Highly empathetic and people-focused Excellent at difficult conversations Organized without being rigid Comfortable leading by support rather than authority Strong at conflict resolution and communication Experience managing people in customer-facing environments is highly valued. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during sensitive situations Communicate clearly, compassionately, and professionally with families and customers Coordinate technicians and schedules to ensure timely service delivery Support employees in the field and help resolve operational challenges Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy and professionalism Build trust with clients during emotionally difficult circumstances Maintain detailed documentation and communication records Ensure teams follow safety and company procedures Promote a positive culture focused on care, accountability, and service Qualifications We value personality and leadership style as much as direct industry experience.
