What You'll Do Answer inbound calls promptly and convert inquiries into booked service appointments Make outbound calls to follow up with existing customers and respond to inbound service requests in a timely manner Help coordinate scheduling and dispatch for smooth, well-communicated service Bring professionalism, warmth, and urgency to every customer interaction Respond to customer concerns quickly and represent our brand with care Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our scheduling and CRM system Take ownership of performance standards that drive our success as a company Help define and implement processes and procedures that improve our customer experience and daily operations Help promote our brand and presence within the community we serve Complete job closeout tasks Assist in managing data within our CRM to support reporting and improved customer outcomes Organize bills, invoices, and related documents to support accounting and bookkeeping needs Assist in maintaining vendor relationships and supporting inventory and purchasing efforts Assist with general office tasks and other duties as assigned or as needed What We Need From You Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask Friendly, clear, and professional communicator — on the phone and in writing Motivated to deliver great results for our customers and just as invested in supporting your team A sense of urgency — you pick up the phone and respond without hesitation Comfortable with computers; proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus but not required No formal call-taking or trades experience required — we're looking for someone who can demonstrate the drive to thrive in this role and bring real passion to how we serve our customers and support our field team Must reside within our service area and reliably commute to our Centennial, CO office Genuine excitement to be part of a growing company, ready to make a meaningful contribution to our success Ready to Join the Team?
