POSITION SUMMARY
This position leads the team of Member Service Associates and manages the operations of the Member Services department, ensuring that all Villa Sport members receive five-star service when entering and departing the club and when requesting changes to or information about their membership account.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE
$18.20-$20.20 hourly, based on relevant experience to the role. Full-time hours. Full benefits package.
PTO. 401K

QUALIFICATIONS
Five-star customer service and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and phone skills. Highly proficient computer skills; able to learn new software and systems efficiently. Experience working for a high-end, high-touch, service-oriented business is a plus. Experience leading a team and being a part of a high-performing team. Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, customer-facing position. Servant leadership mindset. Outgoing, friendly personality with ability to work with and serve all kinds of people. Responsible and accountable; self-motivated. High energy with a positive outlook. Detail-oriented. College degree, progress toward a college degree, or equivalent skills gained through experience.
