Insurance Centers of America is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Retail agency team in Colorado Springs. This role is responsible for managing personal lines client accounts, delivering exceptional service, and supporting client retention through proactive coverage reviews and remarketing when necessary. The Personal Lines Account Manager serves as a key point of contact for clients and works closely with producers and service staff to ensure policies are managed efficiently and clients receive professional, responsive support. The ideal candidate has agency experience, a Colorado P&C license, and experience working with personal lines policies and client servicing workflows. Responsibilities Manage and service assigned personal lines client accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for client policy questions and service needs Review policies and conduct renewal outreach at least 30 days prior to expiration Coordinate remarketing when necessary due to rate increases or coverage changes Identify opportunities to improve coverage through account rounding and policy reviews Process policy changes and endorsements in the agency management system Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and policy transactions Collaborate with producers and service team members to ensure efficient account servicing Qualifications Active Colorado Property & Casualty License Minimum 4 years of insurance agency experience Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and servicing workflows Excellent communication and client relationship skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Experience working with agency management systems such as Applied Epic preferred Experience using personal lines quoting platforms such as EZLynx preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $65,000
