Demonstrates excellence in customer service within a professional environment, with the ability to build positive relationships Ability to confidently and professionally interact with executives, VIP clients, and other high-level stake holders with the ability to always represent the company in a sophisticated and professional manner at all times. Maintains a sophisticated appearance and demeanor Service industry experience highly encouraged High School Diploma or equivalent requiredEssential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit. Obtains and records basic customer demographic information using a dealership sales control system. Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more extensive questions to the appropriate person. Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting for, or introduces the customer to a salesperson. Maintain sales floor appearance Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time Assist with other duties as assigned. Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager.What We Offer:
