CDJR Assistant Service Manager - Growth Opportunity + Strong Pay Plan

At CDJR Fairfiled, we have a rare opening for an Assistant Service Manager to support daily operations within our busy service department. This role is ideal for someone with strong dealership experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership or further develop their management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day service department operations Support and mentor Service Advisors to maximize performance and customer satisfaction Ensure efficient workflow, proper dispatching, and timely vehicle delivery Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively Help drive revenue through service sales, maintenance recommendations, and upselling Maintain high CSI scores Work closely with technicians and parts department to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Stellantis / CDJR experience preferred Previous Service Advisor experience required CDK experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
