Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Retail Cigar Humidor Specialist, where your passion for premium cigars and exceptional customer service will shine! In this vibrant role, you will be the go-to expert for all things related to cigars, guiding customers through their selections, and sharing your knowledge to enhance their experience. Your energetic approach will help foster a welcoming environment, and drive sales. Duties Assist customers in selecting cigars and accessories, offering expert advice on humidor maintenance and cigar storage techniques Collect customer feedback and sales data to inform inventory decisions and improve service offerings Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of humidors and display areas Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience Experience Previous experience in food service or retail sales is highly valued for understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products while maintaining genuine customer relationships
