Now Hiring:
Client Experience Coordinator Part-Time Position | Potential to Grow Full-Time MySkinDealer is looking for a polished, personable, detail-obsessed addition to our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, has amazing energy, and understands that the client experience starts way before the treatment room. You'll be one of the first faces and voices our clients interact with, so we're looking for someone who can make every client feel welcomed, cared for, and completely taken care of. Think less "front desk" and more luxury concierge.
What You'll Be Doing:
Answering phones and assisting with client communication Checking clients in and out Scheduling appointments and helping manage the client flow Making sure every client feels welcomed, comfortable, and cared for Supporting the team with daily front office needs Helping create a polished, elevated, MySkinDealer-level experience Following up with clients and keeping communication organized
What We're Looking For:
Warm, friendly, and professional energy Strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable talking on the phone and texting clients Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask Someone who genuinely enjoys making people feel special A polished appearance and positive attitude
Major Bonus If You Have Experience In:
Luxury hospitality Hotel concierge or front desk High-end retail VIP client relations Fine dining or elevated customer service This is currently a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time for the right person. If you're polished, personable, and love creating an elite client experience, we'd love to meet you.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
