Job Description

Performance Manager Location:
Travel required between Osceola, Orange, and Marion Counties (FL) Overview We're hiring a hands-on Performance Manager to drive results across multiple store locations. This role works directly with the Director of Operations to improve sales, customer experience, and overall store performance. If you're an operator who thrives in the field—not behind a desk—this role is for you. What You'll Do Visit stores regularly (scheduled + surprise visits) Track and analyze KPIs (sales, labor, speed, upselling, service) Coach managers and teams to improve execution and results Identify performance gaps and implement action plans Reinforce training, customer service, and sales behaviors Ensure stores hit performance and profitability targets What We're Looking For 3+ years multi-unit or operations experience (QSR/retail preferred) Strong understanding of KPI-driven performance Proven ability to coach and hold teams accountable Comfortable working in the field and traveling frequently Direct, results-oriented, and highly organized Compensation Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance bonus tied to results Travel support / mileage reimbursement
