Account Manager - Commercial Insurance KOOSH Insurance LLC | Davie, FL | Full-Time About Us KOOSH Insurance LLC is a growing commercial property and casualty insurance agency based in Davie, Florida. We specialize exclusively in commercial lines, serving businesses across a wide range of industries. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to our commercial clients. Position Overview As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our commercial insurance clients — managing relationships, handling policy inquiries, processing changes, and ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through renewal. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, a service-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day contact for an assigned book of commercial insurance accounts Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding policies, coverage, billing, and claims Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and renewals Coordinate with insurance carriers and underwriters on behalf of clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system Identify opportunities to round out accounts and refer clients to producers when appropriate Support the sales team with onboarding new accounts and preparing proposals Ensure compliance with agency procedures and carrier guidelines Qualifications Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (required or willing to obtain within 90 days) 1-3 years of experience in commercial insurance, customer service, or account management preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with agency management systems (AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar) a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Self-starter with a professional, client-first attitude What We Offer Competitive base salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth within a scaling agency Supportive, team-oriented work environment How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief cover letter through Indeed.
