  • $25 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Visa sponsorship Paid time off Qualifications Spanish Customer communication Product presentation Customer relationship building Interpersonal skills Interviewing clients Sales needs analysis Insurance policy presentations Account development Sales presentations Bachelor's degree Attention to detail Customer engagement Presentation creation Account management Marketing Customer site (as sales environment) Full Job Description Responsibilities Provide presale and after sale support for our Account Manager Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers on behalf of Account Manager Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service Service can include responding to inquiries regarding availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options Work with Senior Advisor to establish and meet marketing goals Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day Requirements Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills•written, verbal and listening Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams People-oriented Organizational skills Self-motivated Detail oriented Ability to work in a team environment Ability to make presentations to potential customers Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals Ability to conduct interviews in the office and in customer's home or business Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews Ability to effectively relate to a customer Bachelor degree required Bilingual•Chinese, vietnamese or Spanish CPT and OPT eligbile H1B sponsorship is available
