Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Dania Beach, Florida. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our company and customers, ensuring exceptional service and smooth communication. Responsibilities:

  • Review completed service requests to confirm accuracy and compliance with customer contracts.
  • Verify billing details and ensure records are maintained consistently and accurately.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve service-related issues and improve overall processes.
  • Maintain organized documentation and provide administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
  • Assist with handling inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and thorough responses.
  • Address conflicts or concerns with a focus on resolution and maintaining customer trust.
