The ideal candidate will have prior automotive dealership experience, strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to manage customer follow-up processes while helping improve overall CSI and manufacturer survey performance.
Responsibilities :
Manage service customer follow-up communications by phone, text, and email Handle customer concerns and assist with service recovery Monitor and improve CSI/manufacturer survey scores Work closely with service advisors and management to improve customer satisfaction processes Track missed opportunities and follow up with customers regarding appointments and declined services Assist in maintaining CRM accuracy and customer communication records Coach and support existing service customer service staff Help implement and maintain consistent customer experience procedures Escalate unresolved customer issues appropriately and professionally
Qualifications:
Previous automotive dealership experience required Service BDC, service advisor, or customer relations experience strongly preferred Knowledge of CSI processes and manufacturer survey systems preferred Experience using CRM systems and customer follow-up tools Strong communication and organizational skills
