About the role This is a part-time remote role for a Client Intake & Systems Coordinator at
CONSCIOUSABRAXAS.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Intake & Systems Coordinator to support our operational workflows. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial contact through onboarding, system setup, and scheduling. You will play a key role in keeping our intake pipeline organized, responsive, and efficient. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. What you'll do Answer incoming calls and follow up with new and existing clients Coordinate client intake and onboarding workflows Maintain and update internal operational trackers Support Claim.

MD workflows, including client setup and basic issue resolution Manage scheduling and calendar coordination across systems Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in administrative or coordination roles Ability to manage multiple systems and workflows Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
