As a Field Service Manager , you will lead the operational performance of field service activities within your designated territory. You'll play a critical role in ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations-supporting project managers, service coordinators, and customers-while upholding ABB's standards for safety, quality, and professionalism. This role sits within our Process Automation, Marine & Ports Division , supporting advanced electrical, propulsion, automation, and digital solutions across cruise and offshore environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of field service engineers, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and development Assign and coordinate service work based on skills, workload, and customer needs Oversee troubleshooting efforts and technical investigations to improve equipment performance and reliability Ensure compliance with working hour guidelines, safety standards (OHS), and environmental requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives using customer feedback (including NPS) to enhance service delivery Partner with Operations and HR on hiring, training, coaching, and succession planning Monitor service execution to meet financial, commercial, and operational targets Promote a strong team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and customer success What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience in the Marine Service industry (8+ preferred) Background in service roles such as service engineering, project management, service coordination, or service sales Experience within cruise and offshore sectors Familiarity with ABB Marine & Ports products and services is a strong advantage Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred Strong technical knowledge of electrical, propulsion, automation, and digital systems Ability to troubleshoot, analyze issues, and guide teams through complex service challenges Why ABB?
