We're looking for a driven Customer Service Supervisor who leads from the front, thrives under pressure, and knows how to turn customer challenges into loyalty. You'll coach and motivate a fast-paced team, hold high performance standards, and ensure every customer interaction reflects professionalism, urgency, and care. What You'll Do Lead, train, and develop customer service representatives Monitor team performance and drive accountability Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and professionally Improve processes that increase customer satisfaction and efficiency Maintain a positive, high-energy team culture What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience in customer service or call center environments Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced setting Results-driven mindset with a passion for people and service Experience with CRM systems and performance metrics preferred
