The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing warranty claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring alignment with manufacturer guidelines and internal procedures. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding warranty-related issues, aiming to deliver exceptional service and timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, submit, and track warranty claims to manufacturers in accordance with their policies and timelines. Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and resolve claim discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions, including claim approvals, denials, parts returns, and reimbursements. Monitor pending claims and follow up with vendors to ensure timely processing and closure. Provide customers with clear updates on claim status, resolutions, and any required actions. Collaborate with the purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure proper handling of returned products and warranty parts. Analyze warranty trends to identify product quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Stay current on changes to manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
