Maitland/Orlando, FL area. The Client Services Administrator will play an important role in improving productivity, communication, and operational efficiency across multiple business functions. - Serve as a central point of contact for administrative support, client service needs, and internal coordination.
- Oversee daily business activities, streamline administrative procedures, and help improve operational efficiency.
- Organize and support meetings and events, including logistics, invitations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Manage schedules, maintain records, handle correspondence, and prepare reports for business operations.
- Monitor budgets, process expense reports, and assist with financial reporting tasks.
- Support internal projects by tracking progress, coordinating between teams, and helping ensure deadlines are met.
