Miami, FL Job Details Temp-to-hire $17 - $18 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Spanish English Full Job Description Bilingual Invoice Coordinator $17-$18 | Full-Time | Monday-Friday + Rotating Saturday Overtime A growing South Florida company is seeking a bilingual Invoice Coordinator to support customer invoicing, payment processing, and order updates in a fast-paced environment. This role works closely with customers, sales, accounting, and operations teams to ensure invoices, payments, and order information are handled accurately and professionally. Responsibilities Process invoices, payments, deposits, and customer balances Answer customer questions regarding invoices, payments, and order status Communicate with accounting, inventory, and operations teams regarding customer orders Reconcile daily payments and balances Identify and resolve payment discrepancies Maintain accurate customer and payment records Provide excellent customer service to contractors and business clients Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required Experience in invoicing, billing, customer service, collections, retail, or administrative support Basic Microsoft Excel skills Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Schedule Monday-Friday Rotating Saturday overtime Every other Saturday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM We are seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with both customers and internal teams.
