In this role, you will serve as the primary advocate for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and maximize the value of the GoSprout platform. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, driving adoption, managing ongoing customer relationships, and supporting renewals and expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS customer success, is highly proficient in HubSpot, and embraces AI tools to improve efficiency and customer outcomes. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, solves problems independently, and is passionate about helping customers succeed. Duties Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through regular communication, strategic guidance, and proactive support. Manage customer accounts using HubSpot, ensuring accurate records, task management, customer health tracking, and reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new customers and ensuring successful implementation of the GoSprout platform. Conduct virtual onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing customer success meetings. Monitor customer engagement, adoption, and satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement, retention, and growth. Analyze customer data and usage trends to identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, HubSpot AI, and related technologies to improve productivity, customer communications, documentation, and support processes. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions with internal teams. Develop and maintain customer-facing resources, knowledge base content, training materials, and best practices. Facilitate project management activities related to customer onboarding, platform configuration, training, and adoption initiatives. Support customer renewals and identify opportunities for account expansion when appropriate. Qualifications Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a B2B SaaS environment. Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM, including managing contacts, companies, deals, tasks, workflows, and reporting. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently. Experience onboarding and training customers on software platforms. Familiarity with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to leverage technology to improve workflows and productivity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of customer outcomes. Experience working in workforce development, education technology, apprenticeship, training, HR technology, or related industries is a plus.
