Job Description

Client Educator Ready to transition from the high-pressure, high-volume customer service world into a more impactful role? At Serenity, we help clients understand and start programs that truly make a difference in their lives. As a Client Educator , you'll inform clients about life-changing programs and guide them through the process of getting started. If you're someone who enjoys providing clear, concise information and helping others take the next step toward their goals, we want you on our team. No specific background needed—we'll train you to succeed, you just bring your customer service expertise. Why This is Perfect for You You have 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, support, etc.). You're looking for a change and want to contribute to a program that helps people get started on their journey. You enjoy explaining processes clearly and helping others take action. What You'll Be Doing Educating clients on available programs and services to help them reach their goals. Guiding clients through the steps to begin their programs and making sure they understand the process. Answering questions and providing clear explanations about the benefits of starting a program. Coordinating with team members to ensure clients are smoothly transitioned into their chosen programs. You're a
Strong Fit If You Have:
2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail. Strong communication skills — you can explain complex information in a simple, understandable way. Ability to handle multiple tasks and client inquiries in a busy environment. A detail-oriented approach to ensuring clients have all the information they need to start successfully. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
