Position:
Client Success Coordinator (Full-Time) We are a veteran-owned wellness and recovery center in Palm Harbor, Florida, dedicated to helping people eliminate chronic pain, recover faster, and feel their best through advanced therapies like hyperbaric oxygen therapy, cryotherapy, red light therapy, and more. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate, people-loving individual to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Role Overview:
As our Client Success Coordinator, you will own the full client journey — from the very first contact through booking, consultations, sessions, and long-term membership success. You are the welcoming first voice our clients hear and the friendly face that keeps them coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and follow up with new leads within 30 minutes Book and confirm consultations and therapy sessions Manage the front desk and handle client check-in processes Assist with setting up clients in modalities when needed Track membership status, including sessions remaining, overdue visits, and upgrade opportunities Ensure all clients are properly paid up and correctly scheduled Support the team with administrative tasks and client communications using GoHighLevel (our CRM platform)

You're the right fit if you: Are a warm, confident, and professional communicator — especially on the phone Are highly organized and self-motivated (you don't need constant reminders to stay on top of things) Are comfortable learning and using CRM tools like GoHighLevel Genuinely care about health and wellness and love helping people feel better Take pride in creating a clean, organized, and outstanding client experience

PM Compensation:
