What You'll Do:

Process manufacture warranty claims for vehicle repair in a timely, accurate manner. Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines. Be liaison between service department, manufacturer and customers. Manage claim documentation to resolve denials and tracking repair records. Ensure the accounting of service labor time is accurately documented. Support service team by assisting with special reports and audits. Uphold THE COLLECTION's standard of excellence in every interaction.

What We Seek:

Previous service booker / warranty experience with a luxury automotive dealership. Exceptional communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering elevated service experiences Positive, driven, and team-oriented professionals Bilingual (English/Spanish) Flexible schedule with ability to work 40+ hours Monday - Saturday, as needed This is more than an administrative role; it is an opportunity to represent and support the most iconic brands in the world.
