Leasing Coordinator

This is a position with plenty of room to grow, and we're seeking someone who can bring a mix of professionalism, personality, and positivity to the role!

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist residents and prospective tenants with a smile—whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Showcase our community to prospective residents and turn apartment tours into happy new leases! Handle administrative tasks like managing resident files, coordinating maintenance requests, and keeping things running smoothly in the office. Use your customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for all residents. Collaborate with the team to make our community the best it can be!

What We're Looking For:

Customer Service Superstar:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a must. (Think retail, hospitality, or front desk—your people skills are key!) Bilingual (English/Spanish): It's a bonus, but not required.

Organized & Friendly:

You're a people person who loves to keep things organized and thrives in a team environment.

Leasing Experience:

Required Tech Savvy:

Familiarity with AppFolio or other property management software is a plus, but we're happy to teach the ropes.
