This position will initially be based at our Port St. Lucie branch for training purposes with the goal of becoming the manager of our next satellite branch in the Melbourne area. The customer service representative is responsible for processing customer orders and quotations. The ideal candidate should have experience with ERP and CRM software, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services Receive customer orders via phone, email and walk-in and enter orders into ERP system for processing Work closely with sales manager to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times Develop strong working relationships with all customers to help them with their needs Requirements Experience working with ERP software Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must have forklift experiance and be able to lift 75 lbs Ability to problem solve to find the best solution to meet customer needs Detail-oriented and organized Qualifications Experience working with ERP software Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and organized Ability to handle multiple high priority issues at the same time Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work Preferred Related experience in the fence, shutter or aluminum industry Familiarity with Netsuite ERP Familiarity with Hubspot CRM Minimum of 2-3 years of sales/customer service experience Familiarity with blueprint takeoffs Benefits Health insurance (medical, vision, dental, life) Paid time off 401k Schedule Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm
