Job Description
The Supervisor of Client Services is the primary liaison for the clinical and residential services, as well as the referring state agency representatives/legal guardians as it pertains to information and issues with all clients. This includes emergency notifications after hours. The responsibility includes oversight of Human Services Professionals and Residential Unit Clerks serving each residential unit's clients and the documentation of these services according to organizational and regulatory policies and procedures. The Supervisor of Client Services serves as the facility's PREA Coordinator (Prison Rape Elimination Act) and is responsible for the facility's compliance with all aspects of this federal law, including mandatory trainings, reporting, and records.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in mental health or human services discipline. Master's degree preferred. Four years of experience in human services delivery, 2 of which must include client/caseworker experience. Supervisory experience required. Basic computer knowledge and skills. Able to give clear information, orally and in writing, listen effectively, negotiate, and get unbiased information. Able to work on weekends if necessary. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age.
