As an integrative medicine facility, we do not simply rely on the expected or prescription answer. Our mission is to serve patients using an integrative medical approach to empower them to become their best selves by providing the best medicine. Acupuncture, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Modification are embedded in our practice model and used to help diagnose, prevent, and treat. Duties and responsibilities Has detailed knowledge about all of our services; existing services and new services Continually updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and services Locates, researches, and provides information to answer all patient inquires Schedules Appointments and Directs Customers to Proper Locations Processes Payments Sends and receives both regular mail and e-mail, answer phones, deal with billing, maintenance and security procedures and other tasks as needed Resolves problems by clarifying issues, exploring, and researching answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions and escalating unresolved problems Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information Works closely with a multiple service providers on individual schedules, inventory needs Works closely with spa partners, management, inventory and marketing teams Keeps track of spa inventory on a bi-monthly basis, receives shipments and restocks inventory as needed. Keeps spa tidy and clean by restocking necessary office supplies Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and phone skills Excellent computer skills, proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines Driven professional that is highly motivated by serving others and delivering exceptional customer service Customer service experience and desire to build positive relationships with our patients and team Data entry skills/ability to type 30-40 words per minute Professional, warm demeanor Attention to detail and a critical thinker Leadership Skills and Self Motivated Interest in Holistic and Integrative Medicine Education 2 year associates degree is required 2+ Years of Customer Service • Job Type Full Time Position Pay Structure Hourly Criminal Records Investigation is required
