What You Will Be Doing:

As a Service Manager you will be responsible to lead sales, logistics, and field service.

Primary Responsibilities:

Recruiting, hiring, and training of all logistic and field service personnel. Safety. Field Service. Warranty field service. Coordinating outgoing new packages. Coaching. Performance reviews.

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner. Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should possess a strong sense of urgency and leadership skills.

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or related equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree from a four year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred.

Leadership. Vision. Competitiveness. Drive. Strong accountability and initiative. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced problem solving capabilities. Previous experience and demonstrated success in team leadership and leader development. Deep understanding of the EPG Packaging business. Detailed understanding of financial and operational metrics, and the ability to impact them. Minimum five years in a sales operations, business planning, or sales and service support management role. Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives. PC Proficiency.
