Monday - Saturday, 10:00am-8:00pm & Sunday, 12:00pm-6:00pm •40 hours a week, flex schedule with weekend availability •

Assistant Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:

Maintain knowledge of all products and services to provide accurate guidance to both staff and customers. Perform tasks at hand in an efficient, smart, and productive manner. Create service orders for customers & process finance payments. Work well in a fast-paced environment & communicate effectively with others. Maintain a positive attitude and pleasant nature with all customers. Effectively handling all customer service issues.

Assistant Customer Service Manager Skills:

Positive attitude, efficient, and motivated. Effective interpersonal communication skills. Computer friendly. Exceptional "people" skills. Resolving customer concerns with a professional and solution-oriented approach.

Assistant Customer Service Manager Requirements:

Previous experience in related field. Able to provide 2 professional references. High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen. Must be able to work the required shift which can include but is not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
