Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Manager to lead our retail team with enthusiasm and strategic vision. Your leadership will ensure smooth management of staff, inventory, and sales processes, creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers. Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a motivated and skilled workforce Develop employee orientation programs and ongoing training initiatives to enhance team capabilities Manage inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting activities with accuracy Implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns to boost retail sales and customer engagement Supervise shift management, customer service standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and foster a positive team environment focused on growth Requirements Proven management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environments with supervising responsibilities Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting processes Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Proficiency in retail math, pricing strategies, sales management, and merchandising techniques Experience with inventory management systems such as POS software and inventory control tools Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated leadership in training & development initiatives along with shift management expertise Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping practices, budgeting procedures, and cash handling protocols Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and team supervision Join us as a Manager where your leadership will inspire teams to excel!
