  • Full-time We are in search of an experienced multi-unit quick service manager to lead and grow our outlets at the Des Moines International Airport.
We operate both full-service and quick-service restaurants that deliver great food, service, and have a mission to be the restaurant of choice for travelers by providing comfort, superior quality products, and exceptional service to our guests. Candidates for this position must have a minimum of 5-10 years of full and quick service, multi-unit restaurant management. Airport experience is preferred. This position has the responsibility of providing oversight for the entire hospitality operation at DSM. They are the liaison between Aero, the airport, and other entities working out of DSM. They exemplify professionalism and are the leader and role model for our staff. We are opening 5 new units in January of 2027. Below are the concepts we currently operate at the

Portermill:
Full-service restaurant that serves only Iowa Craft beer along with scratch cooking
Arugula & Rye:
Quick-service restaurant that serves healthier food options
Friedrichs:
Local coffee shop with sandwiches and snacks
Mill Supply:
Market to purchase grab and go food and drinks
Berk & Chesters:
Pre-Security bar and food
A-Bar:
on the A concourse
C-Bar:

  • Bonus upon hire of $2500
  • $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, and $1500 after one year, in addition to quarterly bonuses
