We are looking to add to our growing team, a dynamic self•driven Customer Account Manager to act as a liaison between our Customers and our Company by means of: Know the customer forecast, budget, possibly opportunities of growth or market challenges. Know our Customers business sector, model, to show competence on the products and service that COBO can supply with enthusiasm and motivation. Monitor order receiving to ensure that COBO will be ready to accommodate customer needs and at the same time verify that the Customer is on track toward the achievement of the expected budget. Have constant visibility of the Manufacturing status of the parts ordered by the Customer to make sure they will be served ON TIME, to avoid solicitations or claims, and to facilitate the mutual success of Customer and COBO. Escalate in case of delivery issues and work internally and with the customer to possible mitigation actions. Negotiation skills, including prices and lead time. Capability to understand and enforce business contracts Candidate should possess a positive attitude, be willing to work independently as well as with all members of the team. Candidate should be communicative, have strong leadership skills, able to de-escalate situations, be energetic and punctual while maintaining professionalism Willing to occasionally travel to customer site to establish a strong bonding and increase the knowledge of the customer needs.Qualifications & Skills :
2 years of experience in account management with set goals Familiarity with customer success software tools including windows Excel (expert level) and AS400 program. Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to boost product adoption, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Manage customer journey and complex activities Adaptable nature and the willingness and ability to shift strategies on a dime to meet the needs of customers Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management Analytical and process-oriented mindset Willing to create reports on customer formats and participate in scheduled calls. Responsibilities Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build strong, sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication to understand their needs and requirements Manage Existing account portfolios, and retain current clients Act as a universal link between customers and even support Develop and maintain long-term business relationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Strong attention to detail Track customer satisfaction metrics and compiling reports for the company to determine which practices are most effective Provide support to improve each customer interaction Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and video calls Collaborate with internal teams such as production, engineering, sales and procurement to ensure customer satisfaction Work independently Work under pressure Work closely with the Production and Purchasing teams to ensure orders go out on time Benefits Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Company paid short/long term disability Company paid life insurance Employee Wellbeing Critical Illness/Hospital Indemnity/Accident Insurance 3 weeks PTO in your first year Up to 60 hours Bonus PTO per yearJob Type:
