  • Boise, ID Position Summary Turn Right Services is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, tenants, property managers, and vendors.
This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling service requests, communicating with customers, and ensuring work orders move smoothly from intake to completion. ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Answer incoming phone calls and emails Provide excellent customer service to property managers, tenants, homeowners, and commercial clients Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly Maintain accurate records of customer communications Scheduling & Dispatch Receive and enter new work orders Schedule maintenance technicians and subcontractors Coordinate appointments with tenants and property managers Monitor schedules and communicate changes as needed Administrative Support Update Jobber and company software systems Upload notes, photos, and documentation Assist with estimate follow-up and customer communication Support billing and invoice processing Communication Follow up with customers regarding completed work Request reviews and customer feedback Maintain communication between field staff and office personnel Escalate urgent issues to management Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years customer service experience preferred Construction, property management, restoration, or maintenance experience preferred Strong phone and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Core Values Successful candidates will demonstrate: Smart
