Account Management & Customer Service:
Be the primary contact for customers with rental agreements, ensuring their satisfaction and a clear understanding of terms and payment schedules. Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and positive referrals. Provide support by performing service calls, repairing merchandise, and offering loaners as needed. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Sales & Business Development:
Generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and actively promoting store products. Make sales calls and engage with potential customers to expand our client base. Assist customers with payments.
Operations & Inventory:
Help maintain a clean, attractive sales floor. Assist with new inventory processes, including unloading, inspecting, and assembling merchandise. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent oral and written communication skills with an outgoing, energetic personality. Spanish speaking perferred. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a valid driver's license for at least 2 years with a clean DMV record. Delivery experience, sales experience, and knowledge of the local area are preferred but not required.
